Fewer transfers, clearer decisions

Kolkata pandal-hopping route planner: build a practical itinerary

A good Puja route is not simply a list of famous pandals. It is a sequence that starts near a useful gateway, keeps neighbouring stops together and leaves enough time to return.

Start with time, not a wish list

Decide how many hours the group genuinely has. Visit time, walking and crowd buffers all matter; a pin that is geographically close can still take time to reach.

Use route-ready stops

Aaj Pujo sends a stop into a multi-destination route only when the venue-level pin is checked. Approximate neighbourhood pins remain discoverable, but they are not silently treated as exact directions.

Carry the route into live navigation

Preview and reorder your stops on Aaj Pujo, then open the full compatible route in Google Maps. During the outing, Journey Mode keeps the next leg and return action easy to reach.

  • Keep nearby pandals together
  • Avoid crossing the city between every stop
  • Finish near a realistic return gateway
  • Change the route when official diversions require it
